Site Selection

Just one of the many ways we make our clients look great is by taking the time to thoroughly research potential sites for the conferences and meetings we manage.  Conducting an inspection of the facilities, ensures us and you that you are getting exactly what you are paying for and more, while at the same time, providing an up close and personal view of the operations that you don’t see in a brochure.

 

Supplier Contract Negotiation

The small print contained in a contract can lead to big problems down the road.   Negotiating contracts with suppliers can be an arduous task, even for an experienced negotiator. To ensure that you are getting the best representation, you need someone who is knowledgeable about the standards of practice as well as, contractual issues specific to the meetings industry.  We’ll work through contractual matters such as attrition clauses, supplier responsibility, room block management, alcohol liability, food poisoning, exclusive contractor liability, and more.  Every detail is worked out to our clients’ advantage!
