We are a young, “boutique” firm where creative solutions and proactive strategies are inherent
in all we do. At Smith, Ozman & Joseph's we understand the meaning of quality,
creativity, strategic thinking, working smart, and excellence. We also know that
our clients expect these attributes to be reflected in the type of service we provide everyday and so do we. We value the sanctity of "excellence in client service" and foster among our clients and in our own work
environment, mission focused values-based decision-making. Both national and
international professional associations as well as, businesses of all sizes, nonprofit organizations on the local, regional
and national levels have all benefited from our expertise.
Our goal is to develop long term relationships with clients rather than focus on the sheer size or number of our clients. Our entire business system is predicated on achieving measurable results immediately
and in the years ahead. Consequently, satisfying our egos and needs is less important to us than making our clients successful.
Standards of Practice
We
are committed to implementing the “Best Practice” standards issued by each of the professional associations to
which we belong. Individual employees of Smith, Ozman & Joseph's are members
of the following professional associations: American Society of Association Executives and The Center for Association
Leadership (ASAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), International Association for Exhibition Management (IAEM), Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), National Coalition for Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP), and the International Society Special Events Society (ISES).
We are fortunate to have had the benefit of many years of experience gained from previous

Positive Results
